For large conferences and banquets, the Clonmacnoise Suite provides the perfect backdrop. It is one of the few conference rooms in Ireland that boasts direct access to the outdoors, a secret garden and exclusive registration space.

The Lough Ree Suite can accommodate up to 200 delegates theatre style and can also be subdivided into 3 separate meeting rooms. It is an ideal space for conferences, exhibitions, and training events. Located on the ground floor, it is accessibility-friendly, features natural daylight, direct access to the outdoors, and built-in audio visual equipment.

The Lecarrow Suite can accommodate up to 180 delegates theatre style and can also be subdivided into 2 separate meeting rooms. It’s located in a quiet part of the hotel making it perfect for exams, conferences and private meetings. It features natural daylight, views over our beautiful Secret Garden and built in audio visual equipment.

The Barrymore Suite is perfect for smaller meetings and is most commonly used as a boardroom and for interviews due to its close proximity to our hotel lobby. Located on the first floor of the hotel, this suite offers natural daylight with views over the gardens and lake.

Located adjacent to the Clonmacnoise Suite, the Eiscir Riada Lounge is a beautiful multi-functional space that is most often used for drinks receptions, exhibitions, conference registration and refreshments breaks. It offers natural daylight, comfortable furnishings and direct access to our Secret Garden.

The Killinure Suite is a multi-functional room that can accommodate up to 200 delegates theatre style for a meeting and up to 100 people for a banquet dinner. It features a private bar, dancefloor and built-in audio visual equipment and is an ideal space for smaller private dining events such as retirement dinners, small conference galas, company parties, and more.
